What happens next
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay. Return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us, unused and in resaleable condition. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. We refund all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
When the right does not apply
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital downloads once delivery has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right, nor to leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period, such as photoshoots, workshops, events and photography tours.
