1. Event Description
The Classical Indian Art Photography Experience is a small-group photography event inspired by Indian art, culture, mythology, temple sculptures, classical dance traditions, and fine art portraiture.
The event include professional models, authentic costumes, jewellery, styling, makeup, creative direction, lighting equipment, historic venues, castles, gardens, studios, and outdoor locations throughout Europe.
By booking a place, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. What’s Included
Unless otherwise stated, participation may include:
- Access to professional models
- Authentic Indian styling and wardrobe
- Jewellery and accessories
- Professional makeup
- Creative direction
- Small-group photography sessions
- Rotating one-to-one shooting opportunities
- Access to the agreed event location
Travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, and personal equipment are not included unless specifically stated.
3. Booking & Payment
A place is confirmed only upon receipt of 50% payment.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse bookings where necessary.
4. Cancellation Policy
Event fees are non-refundable.
If a participant can no longer attend, the organiser may permit a replacement participant at their discretion.
No refunds will be given for:
- Late arrival
- Early departure
- Illness
- Travel disruptions
- Personal circumstances
- Weather conditions
If the organiser cancels the event, any liability shall be limited to the event fee paid.
5. Event Changes
Photography events are creative experiences and circumstances may change.
The organiser reserves the right to alter:
- Locations
- Models
- Costumes
- Themes
- Styling
- Schedules
- Shooting formats
- Educational content
No guarantee is made regarding specific images, outfits, poses, weather conditions, locations, or artistic results.
6. Rotation System
This event operates using a structured rotation system.
Participants agree to follow all instructions regarding shooting order, rotation schedules, and model access.
Photographers may not monopolise a model, setup, or shooting space beyond their allocated time.
Late arrivals do not qualify for additional shooting time.
7. Model Rights & Boundaries
All participating models retain complete control over their personal boundaries, comfort levels, poses, wardrobe, and artistic participation.
Participants may not:
- Request erotic or explicit content
- Request fetish content
- Request pornographic content
- Request open-leg poses
- Request content outside the event’s artistic concept
- Touch models for posing purposes without permission
Any accidental explicit exposure must not be published or distributed.
8. Respect for Culture
This event celebrates Indian art, heritage, culture, mythology, dance, and artistic traditions.
Participants agree not to create, publish, caption, keyword, or promote images in a manner that is:
- Racist
- Derogatory
- Fetishistic
- Objectifying
- Culturally disrespectful
The cultural themes represented during the event must be treated respectfully.
9. Image Usage Rights
Participants may use photographs created during the event for:
- Personal portfolios
- Websites
- Social media
- Editorial submissions
- Photography competitions
- Self-promotion
Participants may not use images for:
- Adult websites
- Subscription platforms (e.g. OnlyFans, Patreon)
- any paywall-based websites
- Pornographic content
- Fetish content
- AI image training
- Machine-learning datasets
- Facial recognition systems
- Without a commercial add-on, you are not permitted to use images commercially in any form. Photos will be for portfolio use only, including your website, printed portfolio, or social media — with proper credit.
- Without a video add-on, no video content is allowed — this includes filming, behind-the-scenes footage, or usage of any kind.
Provided images may be used by the model to:
- Present the work professionally
- Promote the collaboration
- Build her portfolio
- Feature on her social media platforms, personal website, photography portfolio websites
“In addition, the model retains the right to include the images in her personal and professional projects such as documentary films, books, and other creative works centered around her life and career. In these cases, the images will not be the primary subject but will serve as supportive visual material. These projects may be released commercially, with appropriate credit given to the photographer as per agreed terms.”
No additional usage fee will be charged to the model for these purposes.
The model is also allowed to create behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos and videos during the shoot using her own device. The model retains full commercial rights to use this content, including for promotion, social media, or any commercial projects she may choose.
10. Copyright
Copyright of photographs remains with the photographer.
Models retain rights relating to their likeness, identity, reputation, and personal image.
The event concept, branding, styling ideas, promotional materials, schedules, educational materials, and workshop format remain the intellectual property of Nikita Gordijn.
11. Behind-The-Scenes Content
The organiser and participating models may create behind-the-scenes photographs and videos during the event.
Participants acknowledge that they may appear in such content.
Participants may not record changing areas or private discussions.
12. Additional Notes for Remote Shoots
- I reserve the right to remove any shots that may be accidentally too revealing before sending the files.
- No recordings of the screen-share or video call should be made during the remote session.
13. Equipment & Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their own cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, memory cards, computers, and personal belongings.
The organiser accepts no liability for loss, theft, damage, or malfunction of equipment.
14. Venue & Property
Participants must respect all venues, historic locations, studios, gardens, castles, and private properties used during the event.
Any damage caused through negligence shall be the responsibility of the participant responsible.
15. Health & Safety
Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
Participants are responsible for assessing their own ability to safely navigate locations, terrain, stairs, outdoor environments, and weather conditions.
The organiser shall not be liable for injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, delay, or consequential damages.
16. Force Majeure
The organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Transport disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Venue closures
- Illness
- Strikes
- Emergencies
17. Privacy
Participant information will be used solely for event administration, communication, invoicing, and booking management in accordance with applicable GDPR requirements.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
19. Acceptance
By booking or attending The Classical Indian Art Photography Experience, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
