Terms & Conditions for Photographers
Last Updated: 23rd March 2025
Thank you for considering a collaboration. I’m passionate about creating artistic, expressive, and evocative imagery. These Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure mutual respect, professionalism, and a comfortable environment for both of us. Please read them carefully before booking.
Artistic Direction
- I specialize in creating artistic, expressive, and emotionally driven imagery.
- For nude photography, my maximum comfort level is art nude — no erotic or explicit work.
- For video content, the maximum I offer is implied only, and only when a video add-on has been booked and agreed.
- Please use my portfolio as a reference for my style and boundaries.
Boundaries & What I Don’t Do
- No pornography, erotic, Penthouse-style, or fetish content.
- No crotch shots, ‘orgasm faces’, or ‘spread’ shots.
- No cheeky, sneaky, or voyeuristic photos — do not take photos or videos while I’m changing, or without my knowledge or consent.
- No posing with other models (male or female) unless I personally know them and the arrangement is agreed upon in advance.
- No use of my images on adult sites, subscription platforms (e.g. OnlyFans, Patreon), or any paywall-based websites.
- No visible nipples or labia posted on social media or public platforms like YouTube.
- No physical contact during shoots for the purpose of directing poses — personal space must always be respected.
- I do not shoot open-leg or indecent images. Any unintended explicit photos (e.g., labia exposure) must be deleted immediately and not used.
- I do not participate in group shoots or workshops where multiple photographers or videographers shoot me simultaneously (like a press conference-style setup).
Model Release & Usage Rights
This section outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the model and photographer, ensuring clarity and fairness for both parties.
Model Release & Contract
- I’d be happy to sign your model release if you have one- please ensure it’s in english .
- Your model release must fully align with the terms and conditions of my contract, which I will provide once our shoot is confirmed. This contract must be signed by both parties prior to the shoot.
- I will not sign any release that allows for adult, erotic, or subscription-based content usage under any circumstance.
Commerical Rights and Video
- Without a commercial add-on, you are not permitted to use images commercially in any form. Photos will be for portfolio use only, including your website, printed portfolio, or social media — with proper credit.
- Without a video add-on, no video content is allowed — this includes filming, behind-the-scenes footage, or usage of any kind.
Image Delivery
The photographer agrees to share a minimum of 5 retouched images from the entire shoot, within 3 months of the shoot date.
Photographer’s Rights to Images & Video
The photographer retains copyright ownership of all images and video content captured during the shoot.
They may use the content for:
- Personal portfolio, website, social media, and promotional use
- Submissions to exhibitions, magazines, or competitions, with appropriate credit to the model
If the photographer has booked a video add-on and a commercial add-on, they are permitted to sell or license the content commercially, including for marketing, product promotion, print sales, or other commercial uses of both images and video — except for adult, erotic, subscription-based platforms, dubious, or illegal media.
If the photographer has both a video add-on and a commercial add-on, they are also allowed to create behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos and videos during the shoot using their own device. They retain full commercial rights to use this BTS content, including for promotion, social media, or any commercial projects they choose — as long as it respects the agreed boundaries and content levels discussed prior to the shoot.
Model’s Rights to Images & Video
Provided images may be used by the model to:
- Present the work professionally
- Promote the collaboration
- Build her portfolio
- Feature on her social media platforms, personal website, photography portfolio websites
“In addition, the model retains the right to include the images in her personal and professional projects such as documentary films, books, and other creative works centered around her life and career. In these cases, the images will not be the primary subject but will serve as supportive visual material. These projects may be released commercially, with appropriate credit given to the photographer as per agreed terms.”
No additional usage fee will be charged to the model for these purposes.
The model is also allowed to create behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos and videos during the shoot using her own device. The model retains full commercial rights to use this content, including for promotion, social media, or any commercial projects she may choose.
Additional Notes for Remote Shoots
- I reserve the right to remove any shots that may be accidentally too revealing before sending the files.
- No recordings of the screen-share or video call should be made during the remote session.
Shoot Environment
- Nude or implied nude shoots must be done on private property or in locations with a reasonable expectation of privacy.
- My ethnicity will not be used or referenced in a derogatory, fetishized, or objectifying way anywhere ( including title, caption, key words etc. e.g., “Indian big boobs,” “Asian big boobs,” etc.).
- If there will be anyone else present during the shoot apart from you, you must inform me beforehand.
Only professional team members (e.g., assistant, stylist, videographer) are allowed on set.
Friends, partners, or anyone attending “just to watch” are not welcome.
Communication & Shoot Timing
- I do not confirm or negotiate bookings over the phone. All discussions must be in writing (email, DMs, messages) for clarity and recordkeeping.
- I will arrive on time, with hair, makeup, and wardrobe ready — unless a makeup artist is provided by you.
- Please note: the shoot officially starts 10 minutes after I arrive at your location. From that point, the shoot will continue for the number of hours we have booked. This includes the last photo taken.
- Shoots must begin and end at the agreed-upon time, as I may have other appointments booked.
- If you’d like to extend the shoot, please let me know in advance so we can confirm availability and agree on an additional fee.
- If the shoot starts late due to delays or chatting, or if you keep me past our scheduled end time, I reserve the right to charge for the extra time.
- If you end the shoot early, my full fee remains due.

- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining 70% is due on the day of the shoot.
- Accepted payment methods:
Cash, Bank Transfer, PayPal, TransferWise, Western Union - Please cover any service or transfer fees charged by these platforms.

- A booking is only confirmed once the 30% deposit has been received.

- If you cancel less than 15 days in advance, we can reschedule. The deposit will carry over but is not refundable.
- If you cancel within 48 hours or on the day, 100% of the agreed fee is due, including any pre-paid travel costs.

- I appreciate reviewing images during breaks to ensure wardrobe, posing, and jewelry are in place.
- Please allow a 5-minute break every hour — tea or coffee is always appreciated!
- Indian costumes and jewelry may take time to wear and adjust — thank you for your patience and understanding.
Application to Workshops & Events
If you’re booking me for a workshop, group shoot, or photography event, please note:
- I do not shoot in environments where multiple photographers or videographers shoot me simultaneously (e.g., press conference-style setups).
- As the host or organizer, it is your responsibility to ensure that all participants are made aware of these Terms & Conditions in advance.
- I am not responsible for last-minute confusion or disputes caused by lack of communication with attendees.
Dispute resolution or communication etiquette.
In the rare case of a misunderstanding, I encourage open, respectful communication to resolve any concerns quickly and professionally
Final Note
These Terms are here to protect both your creative vision and my professional boundaries. I bring dedication, preparation, and artistry to every project — and I expect the same mutual respect in return.
