Terms & Conditions – Model Workshop Participation

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in online model workshops organized by Nikita Gordijn, a business registered in the Netherlands. By booking and attending a session, you accept the terms below in full.

All services and contracts are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods provided after registration.

  • Booking is confirmed only after payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent.

3. Eligibility

  • The workshops are open to all genders and to individuals of all experience levels, from beginner to professional.

  • You must be 18 years or older to book and participate. Bookings from minors will be cancelled and refunded.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

  • In accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply if:
    a) The session is scheduled within the 14-day period, and
    b) You consent to immediate performance of the service.

  • Where those two conditions are not met, for example if your session is scheduled more than 14 days after booking, you keep your statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of booking and we will refund you in full.

  • Outside your statutory withdrawal rights, bookings are non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule once, if requested at least 5 calendar days before your session.

5. Session Format

  • All workshops are conducted online only, via Zoom or Google Meet.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, good lighting, and working video/audio setup.

6. Recordings & Content Use

  • Sessions may be recorded, screenshotted, or partially captured by Nikita Gordijn for internal educational review and quality control. We will never publish any recording or image of you without asking first. Public or promotional use, such as testimonials, our website or social media, happens only if you give separate written consent at the time of booking. You can decline that consent and still take part in the workshop on exactly the same terms, and you can withdraw it later at any time by emailing us, after which we stop using the material going forward.

  • Participants are not allowed to record, distribute, or publish any part of the session.

  • All materials, advice, and feedback shared are for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Code of Conduct

  • All participants must behave respectfully and professionally.

  • Any abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch privacy law.

  • Data will be used to deliver and administer your booking. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to run the workshop and our business, such as our payment processor, our email provider and our video-conferencing provider, as set out in our Privacy Policy. If, and only if, you have given the separate consent described above, material featuring you may also appear on platforms such as our website or social media.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • This workshop is intended for personal development and educational purposes. Results vary based on individual effort.

  • Nikita Gordijn is not liable for technical issues on your side or for any business decisions or outcomes based on the session.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • All services and agreements are subject to the laws of the Netherlands.

By booking and paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
